HEALTHCARE DIMENSIONS HOSPICE PROVIDES
TWO LEVELS OF SERVICES FOR THE BEREAVED:

Families and loved ones of individuals cared for by HealthCare Dimensions
Hospice receive Bereavement Services for 13 months following the death of an adult HCDH patient and 36
months after the death of a HCDH pediatric patient cipro online. Services include
mailings, telephone calls, visits, memorial services and support groups .
These services are part of the
hospice plan at no cost to participants . However, donations
are gratefully accepted.

Individuals who are grieving the loss of a loved one from a
terminal illness and have not received HCDH services. These services include
support groups, seminars and workshops. A modest sliding fee scale to cover
the cost of materials is requested lexapro online.

A series of support groups are offered throughout the year.

Older Adults Group (36+)

Young Adults Group (18-35)

Parent's Group (For parents whose child had a terminal
illness.)

Children and Adolescents (Following a death of a sibling,
parent, grandparent or other significant loved one.)
SEMINARS & WORKSHOPS
Focusing on different aspects of the grieving process, for example:
Exploring Grief Creatively
Seasons of Grief
Coping with Holidays
COMMUNITY/SCHOOL OUTREACH
Workshops on grief and loss are available to community groups
including students and/or family members following the death of student or
faculty members.
A modest sliding fee scale to cover
the cost of materials is requested.
